We didn’t get to see much of Naples, other than driving to and from the train station, but our stay overnight at the Grand Hotel Saint Lucia was, in fact, grand. The hotel was classy and our balcony facing Port Saint Lucia and Castle Ovo was a real treat. Our balcony expanded two sides of the building, giving views of the cruise ships, walkers, the port, and the ruins of Villa of Lucullus. We walked across to the restaurant at the port to get pizza, but unfortunately they were not serving pizza at that time. We were in the city where pizza was born, and we couldn’t get pizza! Grand Hotel Saint Lucia made up for it with our delicious dinner though.
